About Wa-kon.jp

“Wa-kon.jp” refers collectively to the internet bridal information site (http://wa-kon.jp/ ) provided by Happo-en Co. Ltd. (“Happo-en”) and other affiliated information services.

User Agreement

1. Wa-kon.jp users may use this site in accordance with the Wa-kon.jp User Agreement (“the Agreement”).
2. If Wa-kon.jp users view, use or download Wa-kon.jp content and information, they are considered to have agreed with the Agreement.
3. Happo-en may revise the Agreement at its discretion or formulate agreements to supplement the Agreement. Revisions or supplements to the Agreement will go into effect when the revised Agreement or supplemental agreements are disclosed on the Wa-kon.jp homepage. In this case, Wa-kon.jp users shall abide by the revised Agreement or supplemental agreements.

Viewing This Site

Prohibited Acts

Wa-kon.jp users are prohibited from engaging in the following acts while using Wa-kon.jp.

1. Acts that violate laws or the public order, or actions that may violate laws or the public order.
2. Using Wa-kon.jp to provide information or engage in other acts for profit.
3. Acts that impede operations of Wa-kon.jp or defame Happo-en.
4. Acts of fraudulent declaration when submitting personal information.
5. Any other acts deemed inappropriate by Happo-en.

Temporary Suspension, Revision or Termination of Services

1. Happo-en may temporarily suspend Wa-kon.jp services without prior notification or consent for one of the following reasons:
   1. To conduct system maintenance or upgrades.
   2. When Wa-kon.jp operations are not possible due to natural disasters or other emergency situations or the potential for natural disasters or other emergency situations.
   3. For any other reasons deemed necessary or justifiable by Happo-en.
2. Wa-kon.jp services, information or the URL itself may be revised or terminated without prior notification.

Copyrights

Copyrights and intellectual property rights for Wa-kon.jp contents including text, images, audio and programs, belong to Happo-en or Wa-kon.jp partner companies. Reduplication or transfer of content without the prior written consent of Happo-en is prohibited.

Force Majeure

Happo-en does not take any responsibility for damages incurred by viruses that cannot be prevented by standard anti-virus measures, damages by Acts of God or damages caused by any other circumstances outside of Happo-en’s control (“force majeure”). Happo-en does not guarantee against loss or revision of data for Wa-kon.jp services due to a force majeure. Wa-kon.jp users shall save their own data as necessary.

Non-Guarantee of Displayed Content

1. The referral of information on Wa-kon.jp (i.e., third-party information from Wa-kon.jp partner companies and information from advertisers and other third parties) and the handling of personal information by our partner companies are conducted entirely under the responsibility of those companies. Happo-en does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, compliance, utility, or legal validity of partner companies’ actions, nor does it guarantee against infringements of third parties’ rights.
2. Happo-en’s does not guarantee that computer viruses or other malicious entities are not contained in electronic mail and web content transmitted by the Wa-kon.jp service.

Disclaimer

1. Despite taking reasonable security measures, Happo-en does not take responsibility for damages arising from any of the following circumstances.
   1. Damages arising from telecommunication wire or computer failures or from system interruptions, delays or stoppages.
   2. Damages arising from tampering with the Wa-kon.jp homepage.
   3. Damages arising from illegal access to Wa-kon.jp data.
2. All Wa-kon.jp users shall use Wa-kon.jp at their own risk.
3. Happo-en takes no responsibility for any damages caused by users using (or unable to properly use) Wa-kon.jp, except for damages caused by the willful negligence of Happo-en.

Applicable Laws and Jurisdiction

1. Wa-kon.jp and the interpretation and application of the Agreement are subject to the laws of Japan.
2. The Tokyo District Court shall have the exclusive jurisdiction over the first instance of any litigation concerning Wa-kon.jp.

The Agreement goes into affect on December 27, 2007.
